Relief Teacher List

Looking for reserve relief teachers for pre-primary and elementary.



Duration: as needed

Working hours: usually 7:30-16:30, any day from Monday to Friday

Details

Responsibilities:

Step in when our teachers are on leave or sick and carry out their duties, including

  • preparing and giving Montessori lessons;
  • supervising assistants and children;
  • maintaining the classroom.


requirements:

  • Be a Year 3 or Year 4 Montessori student or have a Montessori qualification
  • Speak and write English well
  • Have completed your practicum with us
  • Have a police clearance (not older than 6 months)


personal qualities:

  • enjoy working with children, even when they challenge you
  • communicate effectively, even when you're upset, scared or tired
  • be available with a few day's notice
